Cyprotus blue
Cyprotides cyprotus (Hall)

This is a rarely seen butterfly in SA. Caterpillars feed on Grevillia hueglii and Hakea spp. which are widely spread in the semi- arid regions and this may indicate a wide, but low density distribution. Wingspan: male 27mm, female 28mm.
